Open-flame cooking, the most primitive of all culinary techniques, was specifically chosen for its ability to trigger nostalgia and tap into smoke-scented memories.
Menus for Botica use authentic Iberian ingredients as the starting point for unique dishes that bring delicious new flavours in combination with meticulously sourced Swedish produce.
