We are seeking an Area Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

• Food cost control - keep each restaurant on target

• Stock management

• Develop a creative menu & regular specials

• Consistency of food quality and presentation

• Manage the Head Chefs, and oversee their management of their kitchen staff, including hiring & training, and back-of-house operations.

• Health and safety compliance

• Project lead new ventures kitchen-side

Who Are You?

• A people leader who can motivate a team

• With a naturally positive outlook, you enjoy seeking solutions

• Multi-site management experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience high-volume kitchens

• Creative & passionate about what you do, with an interest in world food trends

• You are motivated by targets and interested in numbers with competence in excel

• You are looking for a long-term role that you can sink your teeth into

• Brownie points if you have worked in brunch
