In the kitchen, our head chef Daniel Jansfors creates dishes from seasonal Swedish vegetables. Plates you can share or enjoy on your own. All veggies are organically grown, mostly Swedish.
At Savant Bar, we want guests to enjoy themselves with a good conscience. That's why we have a zero-waste vision. We use recycled porcelain and decor, and by working with suitable suppliers and manufacturers, we form the industry together towards a more sustainable future.
