The why

STHLM Tapas is a never ending journey around evolving, testing, growing and doing something together as a team. We want to share with you what we ourselves have experienced in restaurants, hotels and bars around the world. Things that inspired us and effected us in ways that made us want to do the same for you. In our book a dinner suppose to be fun.

The Food

Tapas from all over the world. Some are fusion, some are not. Some are made up by the team in the kitchen, some are inspired by the many great restaurants that we been to around the globe. All are meant to be shared, or at least fought for. The concept is playful and relaxed.

The Team

The team here is so diverse that it’s hard to label. The thing that really is the glue that keeps us so tight together is the will to do good. We all love to create long lasting memories for our guests and each other. Life is too short not to have fun!
